Warbuddy Defined

The service member has fallen into the abyss while the pain and suffering has its grip on her pulling her ever deeper down into the darkness. The warbuddy has ahold of her and wont let go even though the casualty is unsure she wants to be saved. This is a unique bond that is forged between souls as described in words and film as "this band of brothers" The pain of war is creeping toward the rescuer and there is a risk she will be affected as well but that risk does not deter the warbuddy
